Mr. Fix-It

Drew is striving to be like his GrampC, and become a Mr. Fix-It.  That's thanks in part to his Grandparents who got him a tool bench for Christmas.  It was a bit belated since the original unit was broken when we tried to assemble it.

On Sunday we put this one together - and man talk about a hit!

 

He sat there for a good chunk of time investigating all the tools and their purpose.  Changing out the bits for the drill.  Yeah, he's a man when it comes to his tools....

Doesn't that face make you want him to come to your house to hang pictures?  Um - NOT!

And then Dave taught him how to use the hammer.  He became quite good at hammering things in, and then removing the "nails".  Check out the face of concentration when it comes to hammering...

I'd say this was a hit!  Now to do some home repairs with GrampC.
