Just Because

Just because I wasn't in the mood to cook.  Just because Drew had been so good at his first week of preschool.  And just because we had a smokin' coupon, Dave and I took Drew to Super Franks - like Chuck E. Cheese, but a million times better.

So we ordered our pizza, drinks and set out for Taught Town.  Drew played in the Safari room, and after dinner we moved to the arcade where he loved to play any games that allowed him to win tickets.  His favorite game was anything where he had to push a button and it would win tickets.  Boring as heck to us as adults, but Drew thought it was the greatest invention since sliced bread.  He needed a little help with the more difficult games like skee ball...

After the tokens ran out and we claimed our piece of crap prize (actually with 175 tickets we had some decent choices) we moved upstairs to the Fish Tank.  Drew loves the "tank" where he can throw "rocks".

That would be the "rock" that nailed his Daddy who was also enjoying the tank - we had the room to ourselves for most of the evening.

Then we managed to get Drew to surface from the "pond" to jump in the bouncy house.  We had every intention to wipe our child out so he would sleep soundly that evening.

Did I mention the bounce house worked to exhaust both of my "kids"?  A well deserved night of fun for our little preschooler.
