VIDEO: Aussie Impersonation

So this weekend Drew apparently came upon a new commercial....



For those who cannot make out his Aussie accent he's saying: "Fosters, Australian for beer."

Yeah we're proud parents of a kiddo who thinks those Foster's beer commercials are hilarious - well they are after all pretty clever.

In other beer news Drew saw the Octoberfest sign-ups at church last weekend, and being the good Lutherans we are, the artwork on this sign-up included beer along with the brats.  Well he pointed to the beer steins and said "Apple juice"!  Yeah that's right kiddo.. it's "Mommy and Daddy" apple juice!

Pure Imagination

Oh dear - Drew has found a new favorite commercial.  Here are some previous favorites, Pepsi Throwback, Geico, and Visa Debit.  Well now it's a new AT&T Commercial with a song from "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" - Pure Imagination.



Yeah Drew hears that song, stops what he's doing and has to listen to the song.  Then he turns to Dave and says "You want to show me something?".

That "something" is the soundtrack with the original song.  The first time that commercial came on, Dave said, "Here let me show you something" and then played the CD.  For the record, "Pure Imagination" is followed by the "Oompa Loopma" song and Drew gets a kick out it.

So now every time we see that commercial we hear "Do you want to show me something?"  Talk about imagination.

Oh and speaking of imagination.... I'm not sure where this came from at all... but Drew has a Mr. Potato Head.  There's a  giant one, then inside it's the regular size Potato Head, and then a "baby" Potato Head.  Well when they're "naked" (as in no faces, just the spud), Drew calls the little one "Lunch" and then proceeds to try and eat it.

Mind you Drew doesn't eat real potatoes unless they're french fries.....

Then the other day he called the regular sized Spud - Dinner.
