Birthday Celebrations

Over the weekend Drew was invited to the birthday party for his little buddy Mason - he is the oldest son of Stephanie, who watches Drew. The lucky birthday boy is turning four, well officially it's this week but with the bird holiday the party was held this weekend.

The theme: Mickey Mouse! What a hit! Oh and speaking hitting... the big attraction: the Mickey Pinata. Imagine nearly a dozen kids trying to attack Mickey's head with a bat, and trying to keep those dozen kids back when someone was swinging... and the candy/prizes fall out!

Eventually we let Drew go for the loot... and he got a lot of candy, pencils, stickers...


We had a great time, but poor Drew was starting to melt by the end. No nap will do that to you so we had to excuse ourselves before he caused a big scene.


Despite the look he was giving, he enjoyed his hat, well at least at the end of the party!
